Angela Müller has a Ph.D. in Law and a M.A. in Political and Economic Philosophy. She wrote her doctoral thesis on the extraterritorial applicability of human rights—inter alia in light of the use of new technologies—at the University of Zurich, where she worked as SNSF Ph.D. candidate and research assistant. She was a Visiting Researcher at Columbia University, New York, and Hebrew University, Jerusalem. Prior to her current position, Angela Müller was project leader at the foreign policy think tank foraus, project manager for an innovation platform at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and academic intern at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA. In addition, she serves as Vice President of the UN Association Switzerland.
